Lady of the Lakes Renaissance Faire

The Lady of the Lakes Renaissance Faire is a premiere event hosted by the Education Foundation of Lake County and serves as a major fundraising event.

“Our fun and fantasy in the forest serves a purpose every year. Every dollar raised from this event goes to the teachers and students in Lake County Public Schools. The event is an important part of our community and has over a 2 million dollar economic impact on our county. It is this event that creates futures for many less fortunate.”

We were pleased to act as the marketing partner for this event to produce incredible results to help support the foundation.

Prior to working with Avanti the event was running mostly on return visitors and word or mouth to generate attendance and hoping that it would create enough buzz to get visitors to show up at the the gate to purchase tickets.

Avanti worked with the Ed Foundation to build a solid strategy through organic ranking, traditional and digital media planning and buying, and branding to generate online ticket sales resulting in a additional 137% increase in overall ticket revenue across all channels. Huzzah!
